Both Seasons Team Registration

Register a team of five for both the Winter and Spring seasons. Enter organizer details and each player's and parent's information below. Payment is a single $4000 CAD transaction.

Both Seasons team — $4,000 CAD

January 3–June 20, 2027 (no games March 28) · 24 playing weeks · MLS Arena, Toronto.

One organiser registers five players and pays the full team fee. Two 20-minute games each week; kit and referees included.

Each parent will receive a waiver to complete before the league starts. You are not signing consent for other parents.
